Dr. Fresh Onuoha is the Managing Director and a seasoned energy analyst and consultant with extensive experience in public policy, energy markets, and large-scale infrastructure development. He holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
He previously served as Senior Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Education in Nigeria, where he contributed to high-level policy formulation and government–private sector engagement. Dr. Onuoha has worked closely with governments and organized private sector institutions across Europe and Africa, promoting and supporting multi-billion-naira transactions in electricity generation, transmission, and distribution.
In addition to his advisory and consulting roles, Dr. Onuoha is the publisher of the renowned Well Journal, a widely respected publication focused on energy, policy, and economic development. His blend of technical insight, policy experience, and cross-border deal exposure positions him as a key driver of strategic growth and value creation within the energy sector. Hon Ken Agbim PhD

Currently the Managing Director,Boom Productions ltd, Lagos Patience Chukwudi is a seasoned banker and business analyst with a strong track record in energy finance and deal execution. She is an accounting graduate of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umuahia.
During her banking career, she managed multi-million-dollar energy portfolios, leading high-value transactions across both renewable and non-renewable energy sectors. Her expertise spans interfacing with original equipment manufacturers, governments, and key stakeholders, successfully closing complex deals across Asia, Africa, and Europe.
Patience brings a strategic, results-driven approach to business development, combining financial acumen with deep industry insight to drive sustainable growth. Sommy Onuoha is a Business Development Director with a strong background in business expansion and infrastructure development. She holds a degree in Environmental Science from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. A seasoned specialist in strategic growth and project development, she brings extensive experience across both the upstream and downstream sectors of Nigeria’s oil and gas industry. Sommy is also a Lead Consultant in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), with a proven track record of delivering environmentally compliant and sustainable solutions for complex projects. Her expertise bridges environmental management, infrastructure development, and business strategy, making her a key driver of sustainable growth and value creation. Chukwuma Okoro is a Communications and Business Consultant with over three decades of industry experience. With Bachelor and Master degrees from the Universities of Calabar and Lagos respectively, a mMBA from Tekedia Institute of Boston, Mr. Okoro comes to the Board with invaluable media and project management experience. He is an astute negotiator with wide experience in Policy and Corporate Strategy, and unskilled by attending many local and international trainings.
